Hey Guys
Here's an idea for maybe an Obscure Movies episode. How about you guys cover animated feature films, but with a twist.
No Disney or Pixar No Anime.
What I'm talking about are films like:
Heavy Metal (and it's sequel) Watership Down Waking Life A Scanner Darkly When the Wind Blows
(And a bone to Ralph Bakshi) Fire and Ice.
Those types of animated features. Mature audience animated films, I guess.

Given that a number of fans have been asking about an animated episode, this could work...

If you're gonna throw some Ralph Bakshi in cover Wizards or his aborted attempt at The Lord of the Rings. Or Mrs Frisby and the Rats of NIHM. Oh, and the first Heavy Metal movie is the shit!

I actually like Bakshi's LORD OF THE RINGS a lot.And yes, HEAVY METAL is the shit, indeed. My favorite Bakshi movie is one a lot of people don't care for but I think it's outasight: AMERICAN POP.
