The film looks like it's not going to happen at all in the near future.
Since Nolan was made "godfather" of the Superman reboot, he said he believes that Superman and Batman work better as the only superheroes in their respective world. So if they do a Justice League film, it probably won't involve Superman and/or Batman.

I'm not surprised a JUSTICE LEAGUE live action movie isn't going to be made. You would have to have at least a minimum of five superheroes and let's face it, no matter which five you pick, nobody's going to be happy with the line-up.
So that's five superheroes you have to introduce, provide back story for each of them with suitable characterization and still have them fight a badguy. Unless you get Zack Snyder, I don't see how it could work.
DC needs to follow Marvel's model and do solo movies with various JUSTICE LEAGUE members then do a movie with them altogether.
Or, even more ambitious, do a a motion capture/CGI/green screen JUSTICE LEAGUE movie straight to DVD with mid-level actors and hope it generates enough buzz and money to justify taking it to the big screen.
