Since David Lynch was name-dropped by one of the letters in a recent episode, I wanted to comment on that. Derrick, I think you're the one who said you heard good things about Mulholland Drive. I will definitely back up that statement, Mulholland Drive is probably the best movie Lynch has ever made and it's one of my personal favorites. It's a mindfuck so you may have difficulty understanding it (took me a few viewings to get it). But it does make slightly more sense than Lost Highway (I can explain Mulholland Drive, I don't know how to begin to explain Lost Highway).
If you haven't checked it out yet, definitely make sure you do so.

Oh, yeah...I defy anybody to explain LOST HIGHWAY. It's an inifintely fascinating movie and one I've seen three or four times because I see new things in it with every viewing but damn is it baffling as hell. But it features one of Robert Blake's best performances in a movie and reminds us that before he went nuts he was once a fine actor.
Still haven't gotten around to MULHOLLAND DRIVE but when I do you'll be the first to know about it, Dino as I'd love to compare notes with you about it.

If anybody's interested there's a review of LOST HIGHWAY in the Derrick Ferguson Movie Review Notebook section. Enjoy!
